A resident in the park, who is also my friend recently had a very bad fall. Unable to get up, she was fortunat to be wearing a smart watch that alerted Firefighters to her fall.

The other smart thing the resident did was have a lock box and she was able to instruct the firefighters where to find it.

The city of Phoenix has gone a step further. The free lockboxes they give to resident of Phoenix will come with a code the fire department or police department can access so they can get in and help you as quickly a posssible.

MINOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Just thought I would let you know that this man is working in the park today over here on B St. Couple of years ago he did my roof reseal and also painted my entire mobile. His crew came out and started early morning taping everything off, that should not have paint and then power washed my mobile before painting the two colors. It was all done in one day and was done beautifully and very professional. I felt his prices were very reasonable and so I would highly recommend him. He does give free estimates so if you are ever in need of any of these services you might want to check with him.

It is very clean and they offer all different size washers and dryers. You will have to load a card with money to use the machines.
