MINOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Just thought I would let you know that this man is working in the park today over here on B St. Couple of years ago he did my roof reseal and also painted my entire mobile. His crew came out and started early morning taping everything off, that should not have paint and then power washed my mobile before painting the two colors. It was all done in one day and was done beautifully and very professional. I felt his prices were very reasonable and so I would highly recommend him. He does give free estimates so if you are ever in need of any of these services you might want to check with him.

Dr Aaron Wildung DDS has the best chairside manner. You walk in and are cheerfully greeted by Megan the Office Manager making you feel right at home. You are then quickly greeted by Claudia or Ashley, the Dental Assistants also making you feel at home and are sat in your room with great music. I have been twice and can't wait to go again.

LAUNDRY PILING UP?
A resident recommends a laundry facility called Coin ck Laundry. It is located right past Bobby's Q's restaurant in a strip mall. The address is 8036 N. 27th avenue, 85051. It is very clean and they offer all different size washers and dryers. You will have to load a card with money to use the machines.

Another option for a/c repairs is Otter Air, the company that replaced my motor yesterday. The price was several hundred dollars less than the two other companies who quoted me and they went to work on my a/c the same day they came out to look at it and had it done in a few hours.
