Met a handyman, Jerry Zamora.  He gave me a very reasonable quote to do some repairs in my home. He removed and replaced a few sheets of panelling for me and did some updating work in my bathroom.Jerry likes to help people and wants to get established with folks in the area.  He is a carpenter by trade, but skilled with other crafts as well. Hi everyone! I've seen a couple of requests for plumbing services and my hubby Jeff wanted me to reach out to you all. Jeff is a long-time handyman and licensed plumber and is willing to give a discount to our residents' homes here at $75 per hour of labor for plumbing, less than that for handyman stuff depending on the job. That's a 50% discount from his regular rates and is only good for the homes here in the park. Materials are extra, but we don't mark them up. Jeff does currently still have a regular job, but his days off are Thursdays and Fridays and he'll work some evenings as well, but no emergency work.
